INGREDIENTS

• Sweet Bun – 1
• Sugar – 1/4 cup
• Unsalted butter – 25 gms

PREPARATION:

1. 
   
2. Take the bun make a small slit in the middle of the bun horizontally.
3. Apply 2 tbs of butter to the slit and add sugar.
4. Heat a tawa and add few butter.Once the butter starts to melt put the bun on the tawa and cook it on both the sides.
5. Once the bun is cooked well on the both the sides add few butter on the top of the butter and sprinkle sugar to it.
6. Yummy and mouth watering butter bun is ready to eat
